For Web and Phone orders: simply return the item unused to us for refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase (Christmas season extended until December 31). For in Store purchases: exchanges only for store credit or other merchandise. Our phone lines and store are open from 9am to 5pm EST, 7 days per week. Our Winter Hours from December 1st through May 1st are Monday through Saturday 9am to 5pm. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, money orders and personal checks (please allow time to clear).
