One of a kind baroque pearl 14k yellow gold ring.
We found a dealer once with a most remarkable inventory. She had everything, matched strands, golden, Tahitian black, Akoya and a small ziplock bag containing a handful of these wonderful mauve baroque freshwater pearls. Each one was unique, the off-round qualities and the lovely depth of nacre suggesting such beautiful possibilities. This ring is the first of a line of designs using this treasure trove of special pearls.
The idea in this ring design was to balance the soft satiny glow of the pearl with a contemporary square-back design, focus the eye with a flowing contour and contrast that with inset low-polish hammer pattern, negative space to create an unmistakable statement ring.
Ring mounting is one of a kind 14k yellow gold designed by Dennis Creaser. Pearl is baroque freshwater and approx. 12mm. Height of the ring is 14mm, shoulders of the ring is approx. 2mm wide.
Currently the ring is size 7, this ring can not be resized.
